What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to the continental US on orders over $75. Non- U.S. customers will be assigned shipping fees at checkout.

Can I track my order?
No, it’s not apart of our free ship but tracking will be provided for all other shipping methods at an additional fee charged at checkout.

Can I have a different billing/shipping address?
It is possible to have different billing and shipping addresses. However, we do ask that when placing an order, please make sure the shipping address has been confirmed to ensure safety and reliability.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Orders shipped in the U.S. usually take around 5-7  business days once the item as been shipped. Non-US Customers usually receive items within 2 weeks. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Items are not shipped out on U.S. Holidays.

If something is sold out, will it be replenished?
We reserve the right to reproduce and restock item.  Typical items with great reviews and high demand will most likely be restocked. If you have a special interest in exhausted inventory please notify us.

Do you accept returns?
We strive for the satisfaction of our customers not only with our product(s) but with the overall shopping experience. As such, if there are any issues with your purchase we would be happy to resolve your complaints. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of initial purchase as long as items are unused and returned in the same condition as it was received. There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returned products. The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and transaction fees are non-refundable. We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered or returned without attached Southern Gents-tags, designer tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included. All sale item purchases are final and are not eligible for return. Sale items are eligible for exchange of like-kinded products (i.e. larger sizing, color) given exchange items are available and in stock. We also reserve the right to refuse or delay returns if an act of fraud is suspected. Do you accept exchanges?
Credits can be issued for returned items, which can then be used for the purchase of another item on the site. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.
