You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or a refund for FREE.* Redo return protection covers all items in the cart, and you do not need to purchase return protection for each individual item.

If you choose to opt out of the return protection, you can still return your items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

**Free returns must follow all guidelines listed within our return policy. Items must be returned within the designated 14 day return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached. Final-sale items are NOT eligible for returns.

3. Allow 1-2 business days for return processing AFTER your package has been marked as delivered.
