Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the administrative burden of keeping track of customer requests, as well as the inherent risk of customers missing out on desired size(s) as a result of our extremely fast moving inventory. In order to avoid missing out on desired size(s), customers are advised to make a separate purchase for their desired item(s) 'immediately' (i.e. updated size or color), and proceed with returning undesired item(s). A refund on initial purchase(s) will be provided upon receipt of returned item(s).

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order delivery date, as long as the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in new condition with product tags intact. Return requests outside the 14 day return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. **Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Expect to incur a postage fee at your local post office, to ship your item(s) back to us, as we do not offer free returns.

Once your item(s) are received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your return(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
