We do not offer exchanges due to the administrative burden of keeping track of customer requests and the inherent risk of customers missing out on desired size(s) due to our extremely fast-moving inventory. To avoid missing out on desired size(s), customers are advised to make a separate purchase for their desired item(s) 'immediately' (i.e. updated size or color) and proceed with returning undesired item(s). You will have the ability to immediately receive a refund for your previously purchased item, and repurchase your correct item in the return portal.

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from the order delivery date. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging as long as the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, free of pet hair/fur, unscratched soles on footwear, unwashed/unaltered apparel and in new condition with product hang tags intact. Return requests outside the 14-day return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
- Sale or marked down item(s) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- All dress shirt and 3-pack t-shirt purchases are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns.
The cost of the return shipping label is $15 which is automatically deducted from your refund total. (US Orders Only). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for all international orders.
How to Make a Return
- Click here or on the Start A Return button below and simply follow the prompts to start and complete your return.
- Print your pre-paid return shipping label to send your unwanted item(s) back to us in its original packaging.
- If you do not have access to a printer, no problem. You can head straight to a FedEx location, and ask a team member to help print the label for you on the spot. Find your nearest FedEx location here.
- You'll get an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
To mitigate the need for any returns, customers are advised to please contact us at email@example.com for sizing recommendations, product inquiries, or any related customer concerns ‘prior’ to ordering. Our goal is to save both our customers and ourselves, time & money, and ensure all customers have a pleasurable, efficient, and seamless shopping experience.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Refunds are processed when the return shipping label is scanned by a FedEx associate.
A refund notification email will be sent after your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-7 business days to see refund amounts reflected in your account balance, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
