Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges due to the administrative burden of keeping track of customer requests, as well as the inherent risk of customers missing out on desired sizes, as a result of our extremely fast moving inventory. In order to avoid missing out on desired sizes, customers are advised to make a separate purchase for their desired items 'immediately' (i.e. updated size or color), and proceed with returning undesired items. A refund on initial purchases will be provided upon product return.

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order delivery date, as long as the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in new condition with product tags intact. Return requests outside the 14 day return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. **Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Expect to incur a postage fee at your local post office, to ship your item(s) back to us, as we do not offer free returns.

Once your item(s) are received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
Ownership of package(s) turned over to USPS and UPS transfers to the buyer once order is stamped as delivered by either of the aforementioned shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. In addition, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via USPS or UPS or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
