If your item was not purchased directly from our website, please initiate communication on the same platform as your original purchase.
In order to offer an exchange, the product must be unworn, undamaged and in new condition. Exchanges can only be made for products of identical variation and pricing. Exchanges can be due to sizing, color or defect. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from order date. Please note that requests outside our exchange window will not be accepted. Please also note that exchanges on replacement orders are not permitted. We cover shipping expenses for any exchanges with initial order purchase of over $100 for all domestic U.S. orders. Exchange shipping costs for initial order cost under $100 are at customer expense.

You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order date as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and in new condition. Return requests outside our return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. There is a restocking fee of $10 on all shirt returns if shirt is taken out of its original packaging. We cover shipping expenses for any returns with initial order purchase of over $100 for all domestic U.S. orders. Return shipping costs for initial order cost under $100 are at customer expense.
Southern Gents reserves the right to refuse excessive returns.
Once your item is received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
Ownership of package(s) turned over to USPS and UPS transfers to the buyer once order is stamped as delivered by either of the aforementioned shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. In addition, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via USPS or UPS or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
